In our view, a good reputation means a developer's willingness to address the following matters after the transaction is completed:
- If defects arise, such as cracks, poorly opening windows, etc., the developer will respond promptly to warranty claims, send builders, and repair everything quickly and at their own expense.
- If problems arise with utility payments, for example, excessive electricity bills for common areas, solutions will be sought.
This also includes fulfilling the obligations undertaken:
- Completion of all work, for example, if landscaping is promised, it will be completed.
- Meeting deadlines, for example, if another building is being constructed nearby, it will be built in 6 months, not two years.
Based on our experience, not all new projects provide good after-sales service to their clients. Therefore, we have our own rating and accumulated expertise.
