Following the lifting of the state of emergency in Latvia, the following procedure for submitting residence permit documents remains in effect:
Residence permit renewal - only in electronic form (via the LATVIJA.LV website), or by mail.
Initial residence permit registration - only through embassies or consulates when they resume operations.
