Latvia has extended the state of emergency until June 9.
If you have been in Russia since March 17 inclusive, you can come to Latvia.
However, there are some conditions:
- You must have a valid residence permit card.
- You can only travel by private transport.
- It is unknown whether the Russian border service will let you through.
- Upon arrival in Latvia, you will need to spend 14 days in self-isolation.
- Until the end of the state of emergency in Latvia, you must remain in Latvia, meaning you need to choose one country to stay in during the emergency - Russia or Latvia.
