Many of our clients ask - how to properly obtain a certificate of good conduct for a residence permit.
You can order a certificate with an electronic digital signature, or you can get it in paper form. A certificate with a digital signature is made faster, and you don't need to travel specially to pick it up.
You can print such a certificate and certify it at a multifunctional center. However, this is incorrect, and such a certificate will not be accepted!
The reason is that the original certificate must be certified with an Apostille. And if you certify the certificate with the multifunctional center's stamp, then the Apostille will confirm the authority of the multifunctional center employee, not the representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (the organization that issued the document).
Therefore, order only the paper version of the certificate. Apply the Apostille to the original. The Apostille must confirm the authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs employee who signed the original document. This is the only correct way.
