For Russian citizens, we help sell real estate in Latvia. Yes, it is not easy now - there are legal and technical nuances to consider. But we have experience: in 2025, we successfully completed three transactions where the sellers did not even come to Latvia.

We continue to handle residence permit applications. Among our clients are citizens of Israel, Turkey, and the USA. In some cases, Russian citizens can also obtain a residence permit, but this requires an individual assessment of the situation.
It is worth noting separately: in 2025, we had many clients from Turkey - this is a new and interesting geography in our work.
The most popular grounds for a residence permit: real estate purchase (the "golden visa" program for €250,000 continues to operate), employment, and family ties (for example, marriage).
We continue to sell real estate. Our approach differs from standard real estate practice, where an agent takes a property, posts an advertisement, and waits for a buyer.
We offer an individual approach (no more than five properties at a time). Before the sale, we organize cleaning, resolve technical issues, and dispose of old furniture. Then we take professional photographs and list the property. We also send the information to our trusted partners, with whom we have long-standing successful cooperation.
Of course, we also help with property selection. We have established long-term relationships with developers and understand which properties are in demand by tenants. We can fully prepare an apartment for rental - furniture, appliances, interior design.
We also offer quick purchase of small apartments (up to €40,000). If the property is standard (for example, an apartment in a typical building) and for some reason you urgently need cash - we can consider a buyout at 80-90% of market value (depending on condition).
