Recently, the Department of Citizenship and Migration published data for the past year.
Based on real estate, 17 investors obtained a primary residence permit.
This is slightly more than in 2023 (when 15 investors obtained it).
The geography of investors is very extensive. For example, 1 US citizen (this was our client, whom we helped), two citizens of Georgia, 3 citizens of Israel, 3 citizens of Turkey, 3 citizens of Ukraine, as well as one person each from other countries.
Interestingly, if 10 years ago there were many investors from China, then last year there was just one person.
In the opinion of our company KOM-INVEST, the results of 2025 will be good. Already now we have many clients in progress,
who should soon receive positive decisions.
