Successful rental deal - managed to rent out an apartment for 2000 euros!
Our recommendation for those who want to rent out apartments - buy small apartments in new projects, which can always be rented out for 400-600 euros. With exclusive real estate it's more difficult - there are far fewer such tenants.
But there are exceptions. The "Magdalena" project in the quiet city center enjoys such high demand that we immediately received several calls and viewings.
As a result, after coordinating all the terms and reviewing the rental agreement, the lease was signed and the apartment was handed over to the tenant.
It is worth noting that apartment preparation is very important. The owner carried out cosmetic repairs, hung new curtains,
and with our help, professional cleaning was done. It's pleasant for a tenant to move into a clean, well-maintained apartment.
If you also have an apartment that you wish to rent out - get in touch, and we will be happy to help!
