Last year was successful for our company! We'd like to share with you the areas of work we focused on.
- Real estate sales. We helped new clients (find suitable properties and complete transactions), but mainly we assisted clients whose residence permits had expired.
They granted power of attorney to our company's lawyer, then we found a buyer and completed the transaction remotely.
2023 was a record year in terms of the number of transactions.
- Rental services. Some clients (who are currently unable to come to Latvia) decided to rent out their apartments.
We prepared powers of attorney, found tenants, and resolved the issue of collecting rental payments.
- Property management. We actively managed the properties under our administration.
This includes legal matters (renewal of rental agreements, filing tax returns) and various household issues (furniture or equipment repairs, meter replacements, and more).
- Residence permit matters. Having worked in this area for over ten years, both regular and new clients turn to us.
This includes annual residence permit renewals, initial residence permits based on marriage and employment, as well as various letters and complaints to the authorities.
