We have noticed that some clients, after completing this form, receive notifications stating that self-isolation is not required!
However, 1-2 days later, an email arrives indicating that self-isolation is actually required after all!
This email also specifies which police precinct will monitor compliance with the isolation requirement.
The reason for this is unclear.
It is important to remember that every Friday a list of countries is published, divided into three categories - green, orange, and red

If you do not have a European vaccination certificate,
if you are arriving from an "orange" country, a "red" country, or another country (not listed) - self-isolation is required!
The minimum period is seven days, after which you can take a test and end isolation. Under normal circumstances - ten days.
