An important condition is that the company must be actively operating (for at least one year) and financially solvent (to pay salaries).
The charter capital must be at least 2800 euros.
The director must receive a salary (in 2021, 2286 euros gross). The Department of Citizenship and Migration annually verifies the regularity of salary and tax payments.
If these conditions are met, you need to obtain an invitation, gather a package of documents (application form, draft employment contract, certificate of no criminal record, resume, etc.), and submit them to the Department. You can choose different review options (5 working days, 10 working days, or 30 calendar days).
The Department will review the documents, and if everything is correct, will grant the residence permit. Along with the director, the spouse and children can also obtain a residence permit.
This type of residence permit must be renewed annually.
