In July - a record number of transactions over the past five years

In Riga, the most transactions were registered in July (since the beginning of 2021).

This is the second highest figure (per month) in the last five years.

Compared to June, the increase was +12%.

In the Riga suburbs (land plots, houses, apartments), 1,013 transactions were registered. This is the best result in the last ten (!!) years.

Based on our observations, there is high activity among local buyers, and foreign buyers have also started coming and completing transactions.
