INFORMATION FOR THOSE ARRIVING IN LATVIA

• Entry into Latvia is possible only with a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours before the transport vehicle operator crosses Latvia's border or upon individual crossing of the border. Alternatively, an antigen test taken within 24 hours is acceptable.

• A note of the negative test result must be entered into the completed electronic form on the platform covidpass.lv/ru/

• The form must be completed no earlier than 48 hours before crossing the border of the Republic of Latvia (for details, see covidpass.lv/ru/)

• Upon entry into Latvia, individuals must take a repeat Covid-19 test at the nearest available testing facility at their own expense.⠀

‼️Please note that citizens of Latvia and citizens of other countries, including Russian Federation citizens, arriving in Latvia from countries where the 14-day cumulative Covid-19 incidence rate exceeds 75 cases, must observe mandatory self-isolation for 10 days. Self-isolation may be terminated if a person takes a PCR test on the 7th day after arriving from a high-risk (or extremely high-risk) country and the test result is negative. The result should be documented in a testing certificate.

‼️Entry into the territory of the Republic of Latvia is prohibited from high-risk countries located outside the EU, EEA, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
