Bank statement incorrectly prepared. For example, only name and surname are indicated (without date of birth). No bank signature or stamp. Insufficient amount. Expired statement validity period.
Applications or questionnaires filled out incorrectly. For example, missing a declaration that you financially support your spouse and children.
