If your residence permit is issued based on the purchase of real estate, then upon re-registration for the next five-year period, you must pay a fee of 5000 (five thousand) euros.
Please note. If your property right is registered in the Land Register after August 31, 2014, then the fee of five thousand euros must be paid immediately as a single payment.
If your residence permit was issued before August 31, 2014, then upon registration of your residence permit for the next five-year period, for the first time, you can pay 1000 (one thousand) euros per year. However, the second time, that is after ten years have passed, you will have to pay 5000 (five thousand) euros as a single payment.
